Sascha has over two decades developing in Java and seeing the language both transmogrify and mature. Starting out self taught after college, he has worked at companies varying from cryptographic startups to enterprise security at Amazon.com, occupying roles from builder to manager (and back again), and from mentor to evaluator of talent.
He continues to develop and promote Java (and good programming generally) in his role as CTO at Quantum Knight, focusing on novel cryptography, while keeping the joy of building alive.
