She has just over 10 year is tech experience and has eliminated defects at scale — including Amazon programs serving 10M+ sellers (2.5M+ defects removed, $18.75M saved) — and she recently delivered a standing-room-only keynote at Atlanta Tech Week. She also has lead ERP implementations at Deloitte and KPMG for government, healthcare and financial services clients. She is also the founder of Crystall Clear Careers, coaching women into their next level. She holds professional certifications from AWS and an executive program in Conversational AI (UC Irvine).
