Burk has been creating positive user experiences since 1978 as a Software Architect and Developer. Burk spends much of his time designing and crafting software, and his goal is to deliver practical solutions for complex problems.
He has presented at several conferences (including DevNexus) and was voted a JavaOne Rock Star in 2010 for his talk on User Experience Anti-Patterns. Burk also co-wrote two books for O’Reilly, “97 Things Every Software Architect Should Know” and “97 Things Every Programmer Should Know”.
