Performant GraphRAG: Improving Neo4j to Drive Autonomous AI

Neo4j is an excellent graph database, but the out-of-the-box experience and commonly accepted query patterns are not always the most performant. In this talk, we’ll discuss the strategies we’ve taken at CodeLogic to optimize performance, allowing us to drive an autonomous AI system that reduces months of work to hours. We’ll walk through real-world examples, from data partitioning, performant indexes, and query patterns, showing what works in production and what pitfalls to avoid.
